![]() Hail To You, Our King And Saviour
![]() Indeed, while we are still alive, we are consigned to our death every day, for the sake of Jesus, so that in our mortal flesh the life of Jesus, too, may be openly shown. So death is at work in us,but life in you. But as we have the same spirit of faith that is mentioned in scripture - I believe, and therefore I spoke - we too believe and therefore we too speak, knowing that he who raised the Lord Jesus to life will raise us with Jesus in our turn, and put us by his side and you with us. You see, all this is for your benefit, so that the more grace is multiplied among people, the more thanksgiving there will be,to the glory of God. Corinthians 4:7-15 .............. Jesus said to his desciples,"In your prayers do not babble like the pagans do, for they think that by using many words they will make themselves heard. Do not be like them; your Father knows what you need before you ask him.So you should pray like this: Out Father in heaven, May your name be held holy, your kingdom come. your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us today our daily bread. And forgive us our depts, as we have forgive those who are in dept to us.And do not put us to the test, but save us from the evil one."Yes if you forgive others their failings, your heavenly Father will forgive you yours;but if you do not forgive others, your Father will not forgive you your failings either." Matthew 6:7-15 ............. Rejoice that your names are written in heaven. The seventy - two came back rejoicing, ",Lord" they said "even the devils submit when we use your name."Jesus said to them,"I watched Satan fall like lightening from heaven. Yes,I have given you power to thread underfood serpants and scorpions and the whole strength of the enemy; nothing shall ever hurt you. Yet do not rejoice that the spirits submit to you; rejoice rather that your names are written in heaven."It was then that, filled with joy by the Holy Spirit, he said, "I bless you Father, Lord of heaven and of earth, for hiding these from the learned and the clever and revealing them to mere children. Yes, father, for that is what it pleased you to do. Everything has been entrusted to me by my Father;and no one knows who the Son is except the Father, and who the Father is except the Son and those whom the Son chooses to reveal him. Then turning to his desciples he spoke to them in private," Happy the eyes that see what you see, for I tell you that many prophets and kings wanted what you see , and never saw it; to hear what you hear, and never heard it."
